Location: Najafgarh, New Delhi
Position: Tourist Visa Specialist (Consultant)
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end tourist visa applications for multiple countries
- Provide complete visa consultation and guidance to clients
- Maintain, verify, and manage all visa documentation as per embassy requirements
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of documents before submission
- Schedule and manage US visa appointments and related coordination
- Handle visa processes for the following countries:- Schengen Countries, Japan, United Kingdom (UK), Australia, Canada, Singapore, China, Vietnam, United States (including appointment scheduling), Dubai / UAE
- Coordinate with embassies, visa centres, and travel partners
- Keep clients updated on application status and requirements
- Follow up on pending applications to ensure timely processing
- Resolve client queries related to visa documentation and procedures
- Maintain proper records of all applications and submissions
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in visa processing or travel consultancy
- Strong knowledge of international tourist visa documentation and procedures
- Hands-on experience with multiple country visa applications
- Good understanding of embassy requirements and appointment systems
- Excellent attention to detail and document management skills
- Strong communication and client handling abilities
- Ability to manage multiple applications under deadlines
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with visa processing systems
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
