Full job description

Ayushman Infertility Centre is seeking a dedicated and skilled Junior Embryologist to join our IVF and Fertility team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in embryology laboratory procedures and a strong commitment to helping couples achieve their parenthood goals.

Location: Ayushman Infertility Centre,
Sector 12, Dwarka, New Delhi
Experience Required: 1–2 Years
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Assist in daily IVF laboratory operations and embryology procedures.
Handle gametes and embryos in accordance with established laboratory protocols.
Support embryo culture, fertilization assessment, embryo grading, and embryo transfer procedures.
Maintain accurate laboratory records, documentation, and patient data.
Ensure strict adherence to quality assurance, quality control, and infection control protocols.
Coordinate effectively with fertility specialists, clinicians, and nursing staff to support patient care.

Requirements

B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Clinical Embryology, Reproductive Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience working in an IVF or ART laboratory.
Sound knowledge of ART, IVF, and embryology laboratory procedures.
Strong laboratory skills with excellent attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
