Profile Overview:
Finance Intern at TravClan is a key role that focuses reviewing financial information and analyzing data. You will work in liaison with the internal departments and advise them on the best practices to ensure compliance in financial regulations.
Growth Prospects:
Stipend - The internship stipend is structured at ₹25,000 per month for the first three months and ₹30,000 per month for the remaining internship period.
PPO Opportunity - Exceptional performers may be offered a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) with a CTC ranging from ₹5.4 LPA to ₹7.5 LPA, based on overall performance, business requirements, and role availability.

What we are looking for:
Roles & Responsibilities:
End to end responsibility for payables, receivables, and various other key business areas.

Managing cross-border remittances and coordinating with bankers for fx rates.

Be part of the R2R (record to report) process, ensuring all the key metrics are recorded correctly to deliver timely revenue reports.

Basic accounting / tally data entry work (if required), liaison with the tax team for compliance.
Completing KYC and documentation of all our agents.

The Recruitment Process:
1. Aptitude Test & Group Discussion: The first step of the recruitment process is a 50-minute basic aptitude test, followed by a 20-30 minute group discussion round on a separate date.
2. Personal Interviews: 2-3 video interviews. Detailed discussions about the job profile, company & candidature are discussed in these rounds.
3. Extending an offer: On successfully clearing the interview rounds, the job offer is extended to the candidate.
