We host premium, highly exclusive weekend workshops (maximum 20 participants) for children and adults, pairing mindful arts and crafts with beautifully curated, high-end environments.
Our flagship summer module, "The Little Botanists," is an intimate nature-journaling experience inspired by Italy's prestigious Reggio Emilia and Montessori philosophies.
We are seeking a Lead Facilitator & Guest Educator to be the warm, physical presence of our brand on-site. We are not looking for a traditional rigid lecturer or a high-energy party host. Instead, we are looking for a gentle guide—someone who commands a room with warmth, poise, and quiet authority.
### Core Responsibilities
- Guided Curation: Lead our signature structured rituals (e.g., "The Little Botanists" nature-journaling for children aged 6–16, helping them work with real dried flora, linen books, and wood tools).
- Atmosphere Management: Use gentle voice modulation, slow pacing, and a patient presence to maintain a profoundly calm, focused, and luxurious environment.
- Super Individual Attention: Provide reassuring, child-led guidance to ensure every single young creator connects deeply with their premium craft kits.
- Brand Integrity: Arrive impeccably groomed, elegant, and fully aligned with our minimal, sophisticated aesthetic.
