Full job description

HR Executive / HR Generalist – Demould

Location: Mayapuri / Kirti Nagar (multi-unit role)
Experience: 2–4 years (experience with young companies/startups preferred)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month

Role: This is an end-to-end HR role for someone who can independently manage hiring, performance systems, documentation, payroll, and employee engagement across all our units. We're looking for someone who can build structured, systematic processes — not just handle day-to-day HR tasks.

What you'll do:

Hiring

Manage end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and close positions on time

Performance Tracking & Scoring

Track employee performance against defined parameters for each role
Maintain scoring systems and performance trackers
Flag performance issues early and support corrective action processes

Documentation

Maintain all HR documentation — appointment letters, employee files, attendance records, policies, and SOPs
Ensure documentation is audit-ready and legally sound

Training

Plan and conduct induction and on-the-job training for new hires
Identify training needs across teams and organize refresher sessions

Appraisals

Design and run a systematic appraisal process — clear criteria, timelines, and documentation
Support management in appraisal decisions with data and records

Payroll

Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
Coordinate with accounts/CA on statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.)

Employee Engagement

Plan fun activities, celebrations, and engagement initiatives to build team morale

Camera Surveillance

Monitor CCTV footage across units for discipline, safety, and process compliance as needed

Systems & Process Building

Create and continuously improve systematic approaches for hiring, performance management, training, and appraisals
Build trackers, checklists, and reporting formats that the whole company can use

Requirements:

2–4 years of HR generalist experience, ideally in a startup or fast-growing company
Comfortable working independently and building processes from scratch
Strong documentation and organizational skills
Good communication skills — will interact with staff across all levels
Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets & AI

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
