We are specifically looking for candidates who are interested in building their career in SALES of Compliance, Regulatory, Licensing & Certification Services.
Freshers with a strong interest in SALES are welcome to apply.
Candidates with prior sales experience in services such as BIS, EPR, CDSCO, FSSAI, LMPC, PESO, Trademark/IPR, ISO, Environmental Compliance, Business Licensing, Registrations, Certifications, or other regulatory/compliance services will be preferred.
We are looking for passionate, ambitious, and intellectually curious individuals who are eager to build a career in B2B sales and regulatory consulting.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify business leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, emails, networking, and other lead generation channels.
- Connect with manufacturers, importers, exporters, startups, MSMEs, and corporate clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate compliance and licensing solutions.
- Conduct sales presentations, negotiate with clients, and close deals.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and build long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with the legal and compliance team to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while contributing to the company's growth.
Who Can Apply?
- Candidates with prior experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition will be given preference.
- However, experience is not mandatory. If you possess excellent communication skills, a strong learning attitude, analytical thinking, and a genuine interest in sales and business development, we encourage you to apply.
- Candidates with 5–6 months of relevant experience are also welcome.
- Fresh graduates with exceptional aptitude and enthusiasm will be considered based on their skills and interview performance.

Salary & Incentives
- Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience, skills, and interview performance).
- Performance Incentives: Every employee will receive a minimum monthly incentive.
- Incentives increase progressively based on target achievement—the higher your performance, the greater your earning potential, with no fixed upper limit tied to performance.
