Full job description

Position: Project Coordinator
Location: New Delhi
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 4–5 Years

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate 2–3 NGO projects simultaneously. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, implementation, team coordination, monitoring, reporting, and stakeholder management. Experience in education, skill development, CSR, or social development projects will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage the implementation of 2–3 projects simultaneously.
Develop project plans, timelines, targets, and activity schedules.
Coordinate with trainers, field coordinators, school authorities, partners, and other stakeholders.
Monitor project activities and ensure timely achievement of project targets and deliverables.
Conduct regular field visits to monitor project implementation and identify challenges.
Supervise and support project team members to ensure effective performance.
Prepare and review daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly project reports.
Maintain project MIS, attendance records, beneficiary data, activity reports, and other documentation.
Coordinate training programs, workshops, events, exposure visits, and stakeholder meetings.
Track project budgets, resources, and operational requirements in coordination with the Finance and Administration teams.
Identify project risks and challenges and take appropriate corrective actions.
Maintain effective communication with management, schools, partners, donors, and other stakeholders.
Support monitoring and evaluation activities and ensure accurate project data.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, project guidelines, and donor/CSR requirements.
Represent the organization in meetings and project-related activities when required.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Reporting Manager.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Project Management, Management, Education, Development Studies, or a related field.
4–5 years of relevant experience in project coordination/project management, preferably in an NGO or social development organization.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously will be preferred.
Experience in education, skill development, CSR, vocational training, or community development projects is an added advantage.
Strong communication, coordination, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MIS reporting.
Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel for field visits and project monitoring.
