Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Salary: Up to ₹17,000 to 19,000 CTC per month

Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our Night Shift team. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing quality nursing care to admitted patients, monitoring their health, assisting doctors during medical procedures, administering medications, and maintaining accurate patient records.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care to admitted patients during the night shift.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the Resident Medical Officer or Consultant.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the attending doctor.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergency situations.
- Maintain accurate nursing records, patient charts, and shift handover reports.
- Ensure patient comfort, hygiene, and safety throughout the shift.
- Perform nursing procedures such as IV administration, injections, dressings, and sample collection as per hospital protocols.
- Respond promptly to patient calls and medical emergencies.
- Coordinate effectively with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments to ensure quality patient care.
- Follow infection control practices, hospital policies, and NABH standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.
Required Qualifications
- GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery) or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid Nursing Council Registration.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good clinical and patient care skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge for maintaining patient records.
- Ability to work independently during the night shift.
Preferred Skills
- Prior hospital or IPD nursing experience will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of infection control and patient safety practices.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
