We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Clinical Dietitian to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will evaluate patients' nutritional needs, design specialized meal plans, and provide dietary counseling to support medical treatments and recovery.Key Responsibilities
- Nutritional Assessment: Evaluate patients' health status, medical history, and dietary needs by reviewing lab results and conducting physical assessments.
- Meal Planning: Develop individualized and therapeutic meal plans tailored to specific medical conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, renal issues, obesity).
- Patient Counseling: Educate patients and their families on proper nutrition, portion control, and lifestyle changes.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and food service/kitchen staff to integrate nutrition care into the overall treatment plan.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor patient progress, evaluate the effectiveness of nutrition interventions, and adjust meal plans as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
- Certification: Valid certification/registration (e.g., Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential).
- Experience: Minimum of 1–3 years of clinical or hospital experience in medical nutrition therapy.
- Skills: Strong understanding of clinical indicators, excellent interpersonal communication, and deep empathy.
- Technical: Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and diet analysis software.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and care plans in accordance with Electronic Health Record (EHR) standards.
- Research & Compliance: Stay current with the latest nutritional science and ensure compliance with healthcare and food safety regulations.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
