Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.

Maintain discipline, housekeeping, and safety standards on the shop floor.
Monitor attendance and manpower allocation for daily operations.
Track production progress and prepare daily production reports.
Resolve operational and production-related issues promptly.
Ensure adherence to production processes and company SOPs.
Support management in improving productivity and operational efficiency.
