Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Trauma-Informed Psychology Team Lead to head our psychology division. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise in trauma care, team management experience and the ability to design and implement structured mental health programs across diverse populations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the psychology team, ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Design and implement trauma-informed care protocols and intervention models
- Conduct psychological assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise, mentor and train junior psychologists
- Collaborate with physiotherapy and brain training teams for integrated care
- Oversee documentation, reporting and quality control of psychology services
- Conduct workshops, training sessions and awareness programs
- Contribute to program development for clinical, sports and social impact projects
Key Requirements
- Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology / Counseling Psychology (M.Phil/RCI registration preferred)
- 6–8 years of relevant experience in trauma-informed care
- Strong understanding of trauma, PTSD, and evidence-based therapeutic approaches
- Prior experience in team leadership or supervisory roles
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary environments
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with survivors of trauma (e.g., abuse, violence, disaster)
- Exposure to neuropsychology, sports psychology or rehabilitation psychology
- Experience in program development and training delivery
