Job Description – Trainee – Audit & MIS

Position: Trainee – Audit & MIS
Location: Okhla, Delhi
Salary: ₹15,000/- In-Hand per Month
Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year
Employment Type: Full-Time

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline – B.Com / BBA / B.Tech / B.E. / B.Sc. / B.A.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in conducting internal audits and process checks.
Verify documents, records, and data for accuracy and completeness.
Identify discrepancies and report observations to the reporting manager.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Maintain and update audit-related data and records in MS Excel.
Collect and analyze data from different departments.
Coordinate with internal teams for data verification and documentation.
Support compliance and process improvement activities.
Maintain proper records of audit findings and follow-up actions.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Basic understanding of Audit, MIS, and data analysis.
Good analytical and numerical skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Willingness to learn and work in a team.

Preferred Candidate

Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with internship or basic experience in Audit/MIS/Accounts/Operations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
