Job Type: Freelance / Partnership

Expected Earnings: ₹1,15,000 – ₹1,68,000 per month (Base Day-Fee + Uncapped Commissions)

About Us

Unrushed Minds is an elite, premium experiential creative studio and sensory conservatory operating in the luxury lifestyle and educational space. Rooted profoundly in Italy’s world-renowned Reggio Emilia philosophy, we curate highly intimate, screen-free weekend capsules for young creators, women, and couples at prime premium locations across South Delhi. We focus on mindfulness, slow living, tactile art creation, and cognitive development.

The Role

We are looking for a highly articulate, sophisticated, and polished Admissions Consultant & Brand Partner to become the face of our brand. In this role, you will manage relationship building and enrollment pipelines with High-Net-Worth Individual (HNI) families, corporate professionals, and high-end clients across Delhi NCR.

This is a 100% inbound consultation role. You will be handed qualified, high-intent leads generated from our premium digital brand campaigns. There is zero cold calling. Your responsibility is to handle direct aesthetic consultations via WhatsApp/calls and physically execute on-site client management during active workshop days.

Key Responsibilities

Elite Consultations: Act as an educational and lifestyle consultant for interested parents and premium clients, guiding them elegantly through our curriculum, safety guidelines, and experience concept notes.
Enrollment Management: Manage the intake pipeline to consistently fill our intimate weekend cohorts (Ages 6–16 Kids capsules, Women capsules, and Couples capsules).
On-Site Coordination: Mandatorily attend active workshop days (Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays) at premium venues in South Delhi to greet families, manage the registration ledger, and coordinate elite hospitality check-ins.
Relationship Nurturing: Follow up with high-value inquiries by sharing educational value, curriculum updates, and slow-living insights rather than aggressive sales pitches.

Who We Are Looking For

Education & Experience: Background in Early Childhood Education, child psychology, luxury hospitality, or experience as a former Admissions Counselor/Relationship Manager at premium international schools (IB/Cambridge boards) or luxury brands in Delhi NCR.
Communication: Flawless verbal and written English communication skills with a warm, empathetic, and highly professional vocabulary.
Mindset: An entrepreneurial spirit who understands high-end customer service and is motivated by a direct revenue-share structure
