As a Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing data-driven performance marketing strategies to drive high-quality traffic and conversions through paid media channels. You will work extensively across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and other key digital platforms, playing a pivotal role in delivering measurable growth for top-tier brands by combining strategic thinking with hands-on campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution

Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Programmatic platforms.

Conduct in-depth keyword research, structure campaigns and ad groups, and develop compelling ad copies aligned with business objectives.
Performance Management

Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns for CPL, CPA, ROAS, and other key performance metrics.

Perform ongoing A/B tests on creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies to identify top-performing combinations.
Client & Stakeholder Management

Manage the end-to-end client lifecycle – from onboarding and campaign setup to performance reviews and ongoing optimization.

Collaborate with leadership to refine strategic direction and provide expert digital advertising recommendations to clients.
Analytics & Reporting

Use tools like Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Branch, and other MMPs to analyze user behavior and campaign performance.

Maintain campaign budgets, track spends, and deliver clear, insightful performance reports with data-backed recommendations.

Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with QA-checked data, dashboards, and strategic insights.
Conversion & Creative Optimization

Provide actionable inputs for landing page optimization, funnel refinement, and creative direction.

Work closely with design and content teams to align creatives with performance goals.
Market Awareness

Stay updated with platform updates, digital marketing trends, competitors’ activities, and emerging performance marketing opportunities.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Science, Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, or a related quantitative/analytical discipline.
Experience: We are looking for professionals across all experience levels in the PPC category, preferably with hands-on experience in paid media, with proven expertise in Search Marketing and Social Media Advertising.

Exposure to Google Marketing Platform (DV360 / DoubleClick) is a strong advantage

Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.) and PowerPoint for reporting, analysis, and presentations.

Relevant certifications such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, or similar credentials will be considered a strong plus.
