We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced MEDICAL LAB TECHNICIAN to join our team. The candidate must possess relevant skills and desired background.

Roles and Responsibilities

Must be able to collect, processes, and handle blood and/or other biological specimens accordingly.
To perform the established procedures; instruct patients in the proper collection of samples and respond to their queries
Perform a variety of clinical laboratory tests in the areas of hematology, microbiology, immunology, clinical chemistry, and urinalysis, hormone as assigned;
Conduct quantitative and qualitative chemical analyses of the body fluids such as blood, Urine, and spinal fluid; perform the blood count using a microscope.
Conducts blood tests for transfusion purposes; might have to draw blood from the patient’s finger, ear lobe, or vein observing principles of asepsis to obtain the correct blood samples.
Develop and maintain cell/tissue cultures for any testing purpose, as deemed appropriate.
Isolate and identify any specimens, using advanced laboratory techniques.
Perform quality control on the test results, ensuring proper validity and accuracy.
Perform calibration and troubleshooting on testing systems and instruments to ensure adherence to established standards of accuracy.
Keep record of the reports and results according to established procedures.
Practice safety, environmental, and/or infection control methods.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
To ensure proper skill of collecting blood samples
To have appropriate information and knowledge of NABL protocol

Education Qualification:

DMLT/BMLT WITH 2-4 YEARS EXPERIENCE

Monthly Pay Package: Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 30,000
