About the Role
We are looking for a disciplined and analytical Trader to support trading activities in U.S. index options markets, primarily focused on SPY and SPX products.
This position is suitable for candidates with strong market interest, fast decision-making ability, and a quantitative mindset who want to build a career in professional derivatives trading.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor U.S. equity index markets and options flows during trading hours
Track implied volatility, Greeks, market structure, and liquidity conditions
Support directional /non-directional/expiry/non expiry option trades
Maintain trading logs, P&L reports, and post-trade analysis
Follow strict risk management and trading discipline
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related field
· Strong interest in derivatives and financial markets
· Understanding of:
o options basics
o SPY/SPX market behavior
· Good analytical and numerical ability
· Strong attention to detail and risk awareness
· Ability to work during U.S. market hours/ Primarily aligned with U.S. market hours.
Nice-to-Have Certifications
· NISM Research Analyst / Derivatives Certifications
· CFA Level 1+
· FRM
