We are seeking a proactive, organized, and adaptable Administrative Executive to support the day-to-day operations of our Delhi office. This role goes beyond routine admin, it involves being the operational backbone of the office: managing people, calls, information, schedules, and systems so that Partners and Associates can focus on client work. It is ideal for a fresher with strong communication skills, attention to detail, sound judgment with confidential matters, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently. This position includes a six-month probation period, during which the candidate will receive structured training and undergo periodic performance evaluations. Theperformance data will be reviewed, and continued employment will be based on satisfactory performance and demonstrated potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning of administrative activities
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation in an organized manner
- Coordinate courier services, deliveries, and office correspondence
- Monitor and replenish office supplies and stationery
Front Office & Client Communication
- Greet visitors and clients professionally Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
- Handle client communication over calls, messages, and emails with a professional, responsive tone
- Schedule/facilitate meetings
Team & Internal Coordination
- Manage communication between the internal team and leadership/Partners
- Follow up with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time
- Maintain a positive, professional, and approachable environment while coordinating across levels (Partners, Associates, Clerks, vendors)
Travel & Logistics Support
- Assist in booking travel arrangements, accommodation, and transportation for team members when required
- Coordinate logistics for meetings and client visits
Documentation & Record/Data Management
- Maintain physical and digital records accurately
- Assist with document printing, scanning, photocopying, binding, and filing
- Support the legal team with administrative documentation requirements
- Ensure data and records are accurate, organized, and easily retrievable
Confidentiality
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client and firm information
- Discuss sensitive information only with authorized personnel, regardless of internal pressure
Vendor & Facility Management
- Liaise with vendors, housekeeping staff, and maintenance service providers
- Ensure office facilities are well maintained and operational
Budget Support
- Assist with tracking and allocating budgets for office/administrative expenses
Multitasking, Prioritization & Problem-Solving
- Manage multiple ongoing tasks and deadlines, prioritizing effectively
- Apply practical, creative thinking to resolve day-to-day issues that don't have a fixed process
Technology & Systems Adaptability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new firm software and systems, including an upcoming internal workflow tool
- Willingness to help colleagues adapt to new systems and processes

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
