Job Title: Medical Representative (MR)

Job Summary

Glalet Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced and self-motivated Medical Representatives to join our growing sales team across various locations in Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of pharmaceutical sales, excellent communication skills, and an established network of doctors and healthcare professionals in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

Promote the company's pharmaceutical products to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies.
Generate prescriptions and achieve monthly sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, chemists, stockists, and distributors.
Conduct regular field visits and ensure effective territory coverage.
Increase product awareness through scientific product detailing.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Ensure product availability by coordinating with distributors and stockists.
Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive brand image.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any discipline (B.Sc., B.Pharm., D.Pharm., or equivalent preferred).
Candidates must have prior experience as a Medical Representative in the same location for which the vacancy is available.
Applicants should have a strong network of local doctors, chemists, hospitals, and healthcare professionals in the assigned territory.
Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical sales and field operations.
Must be target-oriented and willing to travel within the assigned territory.
A two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are preferred.
