We're Hiring – Head of Sales / Sales Manager

About Ominiflow

Ominiflow is a growing technology company focused on WhatsApp API, business automation, CRM and digital communication solutions that help businesses automate customer communication, lead management and sales processes.

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Head of Sales / Sales Manager who can take ownership of our sales function and help us build a high-performing sales team.

About the Role

As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for building and executing Ominiflow's sales strategy, generating new business, managing the sales team, improving conversion rates and achieving monthly/quarterly revenue targets.

This is a hands-on leadership role. We are looking for someone who can lead from the front, close deals personally and build a strong sales culture within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Lead, manage and motivate the sales team.
Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance.
Handle the complete sales cycle – Lead Generation → Qualification → Demo → Proposal → Negotiation → Closing.
Conduct product demos and explain Ominiflow's WhatsApp API, automation and SaaS solutions to potential clients.
Build relationships with business owners, founders, CXOs and decision-makers.
Identify new market opportunities and potential customer segments.
Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Monitor CRM, follow-ups, conversion rates and sales activities.
Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and revenue forecasts.
Train and coach sales executives to improve their performance.
Create effective sales processes, scripts, pitch decks and follow-up systems.
Work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to improve lead quality and conversions.
Handle important negotiations and close high-value accounts.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
Take ownership of overall sales performance and revenue growth.

What We're Looking For

4+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience managing or leading a sales team.
Experience in B2B Sales, SaaS, Software, IT Services, CRM, WhatsApp API, Digital Marketing or Automation will be preferred.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
Comfortable with cold calling, outbound sales and client meetings.
Ability to conduct product demos and convert prospects into customers.
Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead management and CRM.
Target-oriented and highly driven personality.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of results.
