Role: Quality Engineer
Qualification: B.Tech / B.E.
Experience: 6 to 8 Years
Package: ₹7 LPA to ₹8 LPA
Location: Dewas
Job Type: Full Time
Industry: Manufacturing

Role & Responsibilities

Quality assurance: Oversee and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
Process improvement: Identify gaps in operations and recommend corrective actions for continuous improvement.
Audit management: Conduct internal audits, prepare for external audits, and ensure timely closure of non-conformities.
Documentation control: Maintain and update SOPs, manuals, and quality records in line with ISO or other relevant standards.
Team coordination: Work closely with production, operations, and other departments to ensure adherence to quality requirements.
Training support: Assist in training employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
Client communication: Handle client queries related to quality, prepare reports, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Performance monitoring: Track KPIs, prepare MIS reports, and present findings to senior management.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering, Science, or related discipline.
6–8 years of experience in quality management, preferably in manufacturing, service, or related industries.
Strong knowledge of ISO standards, audits, and compliance frameworks.
Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) and MS Word for documentation.
Excellent communication skills for client and internal coordination.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work independently and lead small teams.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
