ABOUT STAHL COOKWARE

THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly dependable, energetic, and street-smart individual to support the personal and day-to-day requirements of the CEO. This role is for someone who enjoys being on the move, solving problems, coordinating multiple activities, and ensuring things get done without being asked twice. From managing travel plans and personal documentation management to coordinating household requirements, vendor follow-ups, banking work, repairs, and personal errands, this individual will act as a trusted support partner to the CEO.

This is not a conventional office job. It requires flexibility, responsiveness, ownership, and awillingness to go the extra mile when needed.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

– To serve as the CEO's trusted personal support, bringing structure, foresight, and flawless execution to the everyday complexities of life beyond work.

– Manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, visas, passports, itineraries, transport, and related documentation.

– Coordinate personal appointments, schedules, events, reservations, and personal commitments.

– Handle banking, courier, government, and documentation-related work.

– Coordinate and support in home related maintenance, repairs, service providers, and vendors, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

– Support personal purchases, deliveries, collections, and other day-to-day requirements. – Own and maintain records of important documents, renewals, memberships, and subscriptions.

– Support the ad-hoc coordination work as required.

– Ensure confidentiality and discretion while handling personal and sensitive matters.

WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT

We want to be explicit about scope boundaries:

– This is not a strictly defined 9-to-5 desk role.

– This is not an Executive Assistant role responsible for only business-related work.

– Does not need to be extroverted but must have an understanding of stakeholder management across levels, someone who is emotionally mature.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

– Street-smart, resourceful, and capable of getting things done in real-world situations.

– Proactive and always one step ahead rather than waiting for instructions.

– Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.

– Professional, respectful, and capable of interacting with senior stakeholders.

– Strong sense of ownership and accountability.

– Not necessarily extroverted, but confident enough to coordinate and negotiate.

– Valid driving licence with confidence driving both two-wheelers and four-wheelers

– Comfortable travelling across Pune and nearby locations as required

– Tech-savvy and comfortable using smartphones, laptops, digital payment platforms, travel booking tools, productivity applications, and modern technology.

– Ability to work flexible hours when required.

– Prior minimum 5 years of experience in personal assistance, executive support, hospitality, concierge services, administration, or coordination roles will be an advantage.
