Position: Junior Sales Executive
Industry: Real Estate (Residential Plots)
Location: Bavla, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 1–2 Years (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Attractive Incentives + Travel Allowance (if applicable)

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Junior Sales Executive to promote and sell residential plots near Bavla. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting site visits, following up with prospective buyers, and assisting customers throughout the sales process. Freshers with a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through referrals, social media, walk-ins, and field activities.
Contact prospective customers and explain project features and investment benefits.
Arrange and conduct site visits for interested buyers.
Follow up regularly with prospects to convert inquiries into bookings.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Assist customers with documentation and booking formalities.
Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with the marketing and sales team for lead conversion.
Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
Stay updated on local real estate market trends and competitor projects.

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi; basic English is preferred.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
Willingness to travel for site visits and field sales.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools is an advantage.

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
candidates with up to 2 years of experience in sales.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Resident of Ahmedabad, Bavla, Sanand, Sarkhej, Changodar, or nearby areas.
Own two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
Target-oriented and eager to build a career in real estate sales.
