Full job description

Talbiya Umrah Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a professional and organized Accountant cum Admin Executive (Front Desk) to join our team. We are looking for a candidate who can efficiently manage front desk operations, administrative responsibilities, and basic accounting functions while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for clients and visitors.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and basic knowledge of accounting and office administration.

Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Administration

Manage front desk operations and greet visitors in a professional manner.
Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries promptly.
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and office coordination.
Maintain and organize company records, files, and correspondence.
Manage office supplies and ensure smooth office operations.
Assist management with administrative support and documentation.

Accounts & Finance

Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processing.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Assist with bookkeeping, data entry, and accounting tasks.
Support preparation of financial reports and account reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding payments and accounts.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in Accounts, Administration, Front Desk, or a similar role is preferred.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial record-keeping.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
