E-Commerce & Digital Sales Executive

Location: Naraina Industrial Area, New Delhi
Experience: 3–4 Years (Preferred)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce & Digital Sales Executive to manage and grow our online business across Shopify, marketplaces, and digital marketing channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, online sales, and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize the company Shopify website.
Handle online marketplaces including Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, and other Quick Commerce platforms.
Manage Amazon Seller Central, including product listings, pricing, inventory, order processing, and customer support.
Plan and manage Instagram, Meta Ads, and other digital marketing campaigns.
Drive online sales and identify new business opportunities through digital channels.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze sales data, and prepare MIS reports using Excel.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and a seamless customer experience.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates from F&B, FMCG, Home Décor, Lifestyle, Consumer Goods, or Quick Commerce industries will be preferred.
