Insurance Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart, customer-focused, and target-oriented Insurance Executive to manage vehicle insurance operations and provide excellent support to customers regarding insurance policies, renewals, and claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling new vehicle insurance and renewals
- Coordinating with insurance companies and surveyors
- Assisting customers with policy selection and insurance claims
- Following up for insurance renewals and pending cases
- Explaining insurance benefits, coverage, and claim procedures to customers
- Maintaining insurance records and documentation
- Achieving monthly insurance targets
- Supporting sales and service teams in insurance-related activities
- Ensuring smooth and timely claim settlement process
- Building strong relationships with insurance partners
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in automobile insurance
- Experience in dealership insurance preferred
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Knowledge of motor insurance policies and claim procedures
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Customer handling and follow-up skills
- Target-oriented and professional attitude
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of vehicle insurance software and portals
- Strong coordination and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
