Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – US E-Commerce Logistics to oversee and manage logistics operations for the US market. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in E-commerce logistics, working with Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop sellers, along with in-depth knowledge of the US Trade Lane across FCL, LCL, and Air Freight. This role requires excellent operational, customer service, and team management skills to ensure seamless shipment execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end logistics operations for US-based e-commerce customers.
Handle shipments for Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop sellers, ensuring compliance with marketplace and customer requirements.
Coordinate FCL, LCL, and Air Freight shipments across the US trade lane.
Liaise with customers, overseas agents, carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure timely shipment movement.
Monitor shipment milestones, resolve operational issues, and provide proactive updates to customers.
Ensure compliance with shipping regulations, documentation requirements, and customer SOPs.
Optimize logistics processes to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
Lead and mentor the operations team while ensuring adherence to company policies and performance standards.
Prepare operational reports, monitor KPIs, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
5–7 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics, with a strong focus on US e-commerce logistics.
Hands-on experience managing logistics for Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop sellers.
Strong knowledge of the US Trade Lane, including FCL, LCL, and Air Freight operations.
Excellent understanding of international shipping documentation and customs procedures.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and freight forwarding/logistics management systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience with international freight forwarding or third-party logistics (3PL) companies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage key customer accounts.
Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality logistics solutions.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
