Key Responsibilities

Quality System Management: Develop, implement, and maintain food safety, quality systems, and policies (HACCP, ISO).
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and manage audits.
Team Leadership: Supervise QA/QC technicians, inspectors, and staff.
Operational Control: Monitor raw materials, in-process production, and finished products for safety and quality.
Issue Resolution: Investigate root causes of customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
Training: Train employees on hygiene, sanitation, and quality standards.
Should be flexible in Traveling to multiple factories across South India

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field.
Experience: Generally 4+ years in food industry quality management.
Skills: Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, food regulations, and strong problem-solving abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
