Job Title: AI-Assisted Full Stack App Developer

About the Role-
We are looking for an AI-Assisted Full Stack App Developer who can build and deploy applications end-to-end using modern development frameworks and AI-powered coding tools. This is a hands-on execution role where practical problem-solving, technical fundamentals, and the ability to ship products quickly matter more than theoretical knowledge. You should be comfortable building frontend interfaces, backend systems, databases, APIs, and deploying applications independently.
Key Responsibilities-
1. Application Development-
- Build web and mobile applications from concept to deployment
- Develop frontend, backend, database, and API integrations
- Work with MERN Stack, Flutter, React Native, or similar technologies
- Design database structures and application workflows
2. AI-Assisted Development-
- Use AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and Codex
- Leverage prompt engineering to accelerate development
- Utilize AI tools for automation and productivity
3. Testing and Deployment-
- Debug, optimize, and maintain applications
- Manage deployments and version control using Git & GitHub
- Ensure applications are production-ready
4. Collaboration-
- Work directly with the founder and product team
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Communicate progress, blockers, and timelines effectively
Requirements-
- Strong understanding of software development fundamentals
- Experience with MERN Stack, Flutter, React Native, or equivalent frameworks
- Familiarity with APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, Supabase, Firebase, and Authentication systems
- Knowledge of Git and GitHub workflows
- Understanding of deployment processes and basic DevOps concepts
- Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities
- Good prompt-writing skills and familiarity with AI coding platforms
- Able to work full-time from our Thane office, Monday to Saturday

- Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM
- Working Days: Monday – Saturday
