Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and process support

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: XII pass
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English (mandatory)
Regional language proficiency is an advantage
E-commerce experience or industry knowledge preferred
Hands-on experience with MS Office, Google Sheets, and related tools
Strong analytical and logical reasoning abilities
Ability to understand operational issues and propose practical solutions
Good coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
