Full job description

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Field Executive to support field operations, coordinate with government departments, banks, vendors, transporters, and local authorities, and ensure smooth execution of administrative and operational activities. The candidate should be willing to travel frequently and possess strong communication and coordination skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesField Operations

Visit government offices, banks, suppliers, transporters, and client locations as required.
Coordinate with local authorities and regulatory departments for operational activities.
Handle document collection, submission, and follow-up work.
Monitor and support day-to-day field operations and administrative tasks.

Administrative Support

Assist in obtaining licenses, permits, and statutory approvals.
Coordinate KYC documentation, banking activities, and office administration work.
Maintain records of field visits, reports, and documentation.
Support management with operational and compliance-related tasks.

Vendor & Transport Coordination

Coordinate with transporters, vendors, contractors, and service providers.
Follow up on deliveries, payments, and operational requirements.
Resolve field-level issues and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Reporting

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly field activity reports.
Maintain proper documentation and update management regularly.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
1–5 years of experience in field operations, administration, logistics, mining, or industrial sectors.
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel extensively.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
Time management and organizational skills.
Knowledge of banking, KYC, and administrative processes is preferred.

Preferred Industry Experience

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
