Full job description

Daily Workflow: Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth office administration, punctuality, and staff discipline.

Compliance & Policy Alignment: Execute policies, procedures, and statutory guidelines laid down by the NFAD Head Office.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate branch files, documentation, member records, and cash/financial ledgers.

2. Business Development & Target Achievement

Growth Initiatives: Drive growth in deposits, member onboarding, agricultural development schemes, fixed deposits, insurance, and loan portfolios.

Local Marketing: Implement local outreach, member meetings, field promotions, and community awareness programs.

Target Management: Work to meet and exceed monthly/annual targets set for the branch.

3. Credit & Loan Management

Loan Oversight: Oversee the processing, documentation, verification, and disbursement of society loans (e.g., gold loans, vehicle loans, agri-based credit).

Recovery & Collections: Lead loan recovery efforts, handle overdue follow-ups, and maintain healthy portfolio quality.

4. Team Leadership & Supervision

Staff Management: Direct, allocate duties to, and supervise branch personnel (including Operations Executives, Loan Officers, and Field Staff).

Performance Monitoring: Guide staff to reach individual targets, conduct performance reviews, and organize branch training.

5. Customer Relationship & Support

Member Services: Deliver high standards of customer service to existing and prospective society members.

Grievance Redressal: Actively resolve member complaints, financial queries, and operational concerns in a timely manner.

6. Reporting & Head Office Liaison

MIS & Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational, collection, and sales reports for management review.

Communication: Coordinate between the Branch Office, Area/Zonal Managers, and the Head Office for seamless administrative approvals.

Pay: ₹14,406.29 - ₹48,472.87 per month
