Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by managing schedules, processing orders, communicating with clients, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments. The ideal candidate will play a key role in improving sales team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities – Sales Coordinator
1. Customer Engagement & Appointment Scheduling
- Connect with new and existing customers to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Schedule, confirm, and follow up on customer appointments.
- Invite customers to visit the store for product purchasing.
- Send timely reminders to customers about store visits.
2. Sales Team Coordination
- Support the sales team with back-end coordination, reports, and data.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and client queries in collaboration with sales executives.
- Track sales targets, collections, and performance reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team for scheduled customer visits.
3. Customer Communication
- Act as a primary point of contact for customers regarding inquiries, orders, and support.
- Ensure professional and timely communication via calls, emails, and messages.
- Gather and share customer feedback with the sales and marketing team.
4. Sales Reporting & MIS
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Update and manage customer databases, sales records, and follow-up schedules.
- Track sales performance, pending orders, and payment status.
- Maintain call logs, appointment records, and visit reports.
5. Inter-Departmental Coordination
- Liaise with production, dispatch, accounts, and logistics teams for smooth order execution.
- Ensure proper follow-up with internal departments to meet customer requirements.
- Support compliance with company policies and procedures in sales activities.
6. Documentation & Filing
- Maintain and organize sales documentation including invoices, dispatch challans, and purchase orders.
- Assist in managing contracts, pricing lists, and client agreements.
- Keep customer records updated in CRM or Excel for easy access.
7. Sales Support
- Provide assistance to the sales team in achieving monthly targets.
- Share regular updates and insights with management for decision-making.
- Ensure accurate and timely handling of customer-related tasks to support overall sales growth.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate (preferred) with strong communication skills in Hindi
- Prior experience in sales coordination/telecalling/customer service is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a sales coordination or back-office sales support role.
- Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication; ERP knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Required language: Gujarati, Hindi & English(Fluent)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
