Talent Acquisition Intern – Madurai

Location: Madurai (Work from Office)
Duration: 3–6 Months Internship
Stipend: As per company standards

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented Talent Acquisition Interns to join our recruitment team in Madurai. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and students who are interested in building a career in Human Resources and Recruitment.

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will work closely with experienced recruiters and gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end hiring processes across technology, engineering, and leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities

Understand client hiring requirements and job descriptions.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Instahyre, job portals, and social media.
Screen resumes and identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening calls.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for ongoing requirements.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Assist the recruitment team with market mapping and talent research activities.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree (Any Discipline) or final-year students.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Human Resources.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and internet research.
Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
Good organizational and follow-up skills.

Preferred Skills

Good English communication.
Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is an added advantage.
Positive attitude and willingness to build a career in recruitment.
