Key Responsibilities:

Calendar and Schedule Management:Manage and organize the executive's daily, weekly, and monthly agenda, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences.
Communication: Act as the first point of contact, handling phone calls, emails, and mail on behalf of the executive.
Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other important documents.
Meeting Support: Attend meetings to take minutes, track action items, and ensure follow-up on decisions.
Travel and Event Coordination: Make and confirm travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations, and assist in planning company events.
Information Management: Maintain and organize both paper and electronic files, ensuring information is accurate and easily accessible.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and security.
Administrative Support: Provide a range of administrative support, such as managing office supplies, handling visitors, and conducting research as needed.
