Position Summary
We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable IT Trainer to deliver practical, industry-oriented training in software development and emerging technologies. The trainer will be responsible for conducting online and offline classes, guiding students in live projects, preparing them for technical interviews, and supporting the placement readiness process.
Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Training
- Conduct classroom and online training sessions for B.E / B.Tech, BCA / MCA, Diploma, Arts & Science graduates, final-year students, and freshers.
- Deliver practical training in one or more of the following technologies:
- Full Stack Web Development
- PHP & Laravel
- React.js
- Python Programming
- Java Programming
- Android App Development
- MySQL Database
- Cloud Computing (AWS Basics)
- Cyber Security
- Data Analytics
- AI Tools & Automation
- ChatGPT & Prompt Engineering
Student Development
- Prepare daily lesson plans, assignments, and practice exercises.
- Provide hands-on coding sessions and real-time project guidance.
- Monitor student progress and maintain attendance and performance records.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide individual mentoring when required.
Live Project Guidance
- Guide students in developing real-time projects such as:
- Attendance Management System
- CRM Applications
- E-commerce Websites
- Service Booking Applications
- AI-based Automation Tools
- Review code quality and ensure project completion within the training schedule.
Placement & Interview Support
- Assist students in resume preparation and LinkedIn profile creation.
- Conduct technical mock interviews and HR interview practice.
- Train students in aptitude, communication, and soft skills.
- Coordinate with the placement team for interview scheduling and student readiness.
Training Administration
- Maintain training materials, presentations, and code repositories.
- Update course content according to current industry trends.
- Prepare weekly and monthly training reports for management.
Required SkillsTechnical Skills
- Strong knowledge in PHP / Laravel / Python / Java / React.js / MySQL (any one or multiple technologies).
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
- Familiarity with Git, hosting, deployment, and basic cloud concepts.
- Knowledge of AI tools, ChatGPT, and prompt engineering is an added advantage.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple Tamil and English.
- Strong mentoring and motivational skills.
- Good classroom management and student engagement abilities.
Qualification
- B.E / B.Tech (CSE, IT, ECE), BCA, MCA, B.Sc Computer Science, M.Sc IT, or equivalent.
- Certification in relevant technologies is an added advantage.
ExperiencePreferred
- 0–2 years of experience in:
- IT Training
- Software Development
- Web Application Development
- Technical Support / Teaching
Freshers
Passionate freshers with strong technical knowledge and communication skills can also apply.
Work Schedule
- Mode: Online & Offline Classes
- Training Duration per Batch: 1–2 Months
- Flexible Online Sessions: Trainers may conduct sessions based on approved batch timings and student availability.
