Export Operations Management
Supervise and execute international freight forwarding activities.
Coordinate with customs brokers, shipping lines, and transporters for smooth cargo movement.
Ensuring smooth container movement from pickup till handover.

Client & Vendor Coordination
Serve as primary point of contact for clients regarding shipment status and issue resolution

Leverage digital tools and ERP systems to enhance operational efficiency
Reporting & Analysis
Generate MIS reports on shipment status, cost analysis, and vendor performance

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in any stream, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field will be a plus.

· 4+ years of experience in freight forwarding operations, mainly ocean export

· Strong knowledge of international freight forwarding mainly sea export/import

· Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
