Full job description

A Front Office Supervisor in the hotel industry leads the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring exceptional guest service from check-in to check-out. Key responsibilities include managing staff schedules, training employees on systems/policies, resolving guest complaints, handling room assignments, and coordinating with housekeeping. Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Supervise, train, mentor, and schedule front desk staff, concierge, and administrative personnel to maintain high service standards.
Guest Service Excellence: Oversee check-in/check-out processes, handle guest inquiries, and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
Operational Management: Monitor room inventory, manage reservations, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for room readiness.
Financial Duties: Oversee cash handling, credit card transactions, billing accuracy, and nightly audit checks.
Communication: Act as a liaison between guests and other departments to ensure a seamless experience.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience: Previous experience as a front desk agent or in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership skills, ability to manage a team, and excellent verbal/written communication.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office.
Soft Skills: Ability to work under pressure, strong problem-solving skills, and a "customer-first" attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
