Responsibilities include delivering CBSE curriculum lessons, conducting assessments, and preparing students for board exams.
- Instruction & Curriculum: Teach Applied Math, covering topics like financial math, numerical applications, and probability, aligned with the CBSE curriculum.
- Lesson Planning: Develop engaging lesson plans and instructional materials suitable for senior secondary students.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Create assignments, unit tests, and worksheets; assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Student Support: Provide mentorship and academic support to ensure success in board examinations.
- Collaboration & Development: Participate in school meetings, workshops, and interdisciplinary planning.
Requirements
- Education: Master's degree in Mathematics or Applied Mathematics from a recognized university.
- Certification: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent teaching certification.
- Experience: Prior experience teaching senior secondary levels, particularly in a CBSE-affiliated school, is typically preferred.
- Skills: Strong subject knowledge, excellent communication, and proficiency in using technology for teaching.
