Role Overview

We are looking for a high-ownership Digital Marketing Lead who thrives in a fast-paced, expansion-stage environment. You will not just be "running ads"—you will own the entire client lifecycle, from onboarding to delivering measurable ROI.

We need a problem solver who can navigate high-pressure situations, manage client expectations, and eventually build and lead a team of marketers. If you are a self-starter who wants to transition from a Senior Marketer to a Head of Digital, this is the role for you.

Core Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Client Ownership

Onboarding: Take charge of new clients immediately after signing. Conduct kick-off meetings, understand their USP, and align on KPIs.

Execution: autonomously plan and execute campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant channels.

Retention: Ensure high client satisfaction by consistently hitting targets. You are the bridge between the client’s goals and our results.

2. Strategic Problem Solving

Crisis Management: Handle ad account bans, sudden performance drops, or tracking issues with a calm, solution-oriented mindset.

Gap Analysis: Proactively identify why a campaign isn't working (is it the creative? the landing page? the offer?) and implement fixes without waiting for instructions.

3. Reporting & Accountability

Daily Director Reporting: Provide a concise daily status update to the Director, highlighting progress, blockers, and wins.

Client Reporting: Create and present transparent performance reports that explain what we did and what it resulted in (focusing on ROAS/Leads, not just vanity metrics).

4. Leadership & Expansion

Process Building: Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for campaign launches and reporting to prepare for future scaling.

Team Growth: As we expand, you will play a key role in hiring, training, and leading junior marketers to support your strategy.

Required Skills & Traits

Stress Handling & Adaptability: Ability to handle multiple clients and tight deadlines without cracking. You remain calm when things go wrong and focus on the fix.
"Founder’s Mentality": You don't wait to be told what to do. You treat every client’s budget as if it were your own money.
Multi-Channel Expertise: Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), Meta Ads, and Google Analytics 4.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication. You must be able to explain complex technical marketing terms to non-technical clients.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Client Retention Rate & Satisfaction.
Campaign ROAS / CPA targets met.
Accuracy and timeliness of daily internal reports.
Successful onboarding of new accounts (Speed to Launch).

Exp: 4+years in Digital Marketing

Salary: 30 -60k per month

Location: Vadodara Gujarat

Notice: 0-15 days

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
