Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and proactive HR Intern to support our AI Training Center in sourcing and lining up new trainees and interns. The candidate will be responsible for candidate outreach, internship coordination, trainee onboarding, and maintaining strong communication with colleges, students, and job seekers. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a strong interest in recruitment, student engagement, and training center operations.

Key Responsibilities

Source and line up new trainees and interns for the AI Training Center.
Connect with colleges, universities, and student communities for internship opportunities.
Screen candidate profiles and coordinate interviews for trainee and intern positions.
Manage internship applications, follow-ups, and onboarding processes.
Support in organizing campus drives, internship programs, and hiring events.
Maintain trainee and intern databases, attendance, and performance records.
Coordinate with education consultants and faculty for batch planning and trainee allocation.
Assist in employee engagement and HR administrative tasks.
Promote internship and training opportunities through social media and job portals.
Ensure smooth joining and documentation process for new interns and trainees.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong interest in recruitment, HR operations, and student engagement.
Ability to connect with students and educational institutions effectively.
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate screening.
Good organizational and follow-up skills.
Familiarity with MS Office, Google Sheets, and online job portals.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous internship experience in HR, recruitment, or education consulting.
Experience in handling internship drives or campus hiring.
Knowledge of LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, and other hiring platforms.
Interest in AI, technical training, and skill development programs.
