Full job description

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle communications, and assist with day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements. Schedule and coordinate meetings, events, and personal commitments. Screen calls, emails, and messages, responding when appropriate. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence. Maintain confidential records and documents. Coordinate with vendors, clients, and service providers. Handle expense tracking and basic bookkeeping (if required). Run personal and business-related errands as needed. Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion. Support special projects and other administrative duties.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (preferred but not mandatory). 2–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Preferred Skills Experience managing travel and event logistics. Knowledge of expense management tools. Familiarity with project management software. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
