Job Description – HR Executive

Company: Geeta Wholesale Mart
Position: HR Executive
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
Reporting To: Vivek Rai, HR Manager

Job Summary

Geeta Wholesale Mart is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, knowledge of HR processes, and the ability to handle recruitment, employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and personal files.
Manage attendance, leave, and payroll-related data.
Coordinate employee joining and exit formalities.
Prepare HR letters, appointment letters, and other documentation.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies.
Support employee engagement and grievance handling.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.
Maintain HR reports and MIS.

Eligibility

Graduate/MBA (HR) or equivalent qualification.
1–3 years of experience in HR (Freshers with strong HR knowledge may also apply).
Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and HR documentation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
