Full job description

Accountant cum HR & Personal Assistant

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented professional to manage accounting functions, HR operations, and provide administrative and personal assistance to the management. The ideal candidate should be able to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting records.
Prepare vouchers, invoices, and purchase/sales entries.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and ledgers.
Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documents.
Assist in monthly and annual financial reporting.
Coordinate with auditors and CA for financial audits and tax filings.
Maintain petty cash and expense records.
Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Maintain employee attendance, leave, and payroll records.
Prepare salary sheets and coordinate payroll processing.
Manage employee files and HR documentation.
Support performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation.
Draft emails, letters, reports, and meeting minutes.
Handle confidential documents and correspondence.
Follow up on tasks, projects, and deadlines.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), MBA (HR), M.Com, or equivalent.
2–5 years of relevant experience in Accounting and HR.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, MS Excel, and MS Office.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
Experience with HRMS or payroll software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good time management and multitasking skills.
Professional attitude with high attention to detail.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
