Job Opportunity: Assistant Accountant Executive

Job Summary:
The Assistant Accountant Executive plays a vital role in supporting the financial operations of the organization. Working closely with senior accounting staff, this position involves assisting in various accounting functions, maintaining financial records, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities:

Financial Record Management: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledger entries and accounts payable/receivable.
Data Entry: Enter financial transactions into accounting software systems with accuracy and efficiency.
Accounts Payable/Receivable: Support accounts payable and receivable processes by processing invoices, verifying payments, and reconciling accounts.
Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements under the guidance of senior staff.
Budget Assistance: Aid in budgeting processes by gathering data, performing analysis, and preparing budget reports.
Assistance in Audits: Provide support during audit processes by gathering necessary documents and information for auditors.
Record Maintenance: Help maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, including filing and documentation.
General Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the accounting department, including answering phones, filing paperwork, and assisting with other tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
Experience: Some experience in accounting or finance roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
Technical Skills:
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Familiarity with accounting software is a plus (e.g., Zoho Books, SAP).
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and solve problems logically.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments.
Initiative: Willingness to learn and take on new tasks independently.
