Full job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tool Machine Operator who has hands-on experience operating Milling Machines and Lathe Machines. The candidate will be responsible for machining precision components as per drawings and maintaining high-quality production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and handle Milling Machines and Lathe Machines efficiently.
Interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
Set up machines, select appropriate tools, and adjust machine settings.
Ensure dimensional accuracy using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure proper machine functioning.
Maintain production targets while ensuring quality standards.
Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
Report machine issues or production concerns to the supervisor immediately.
Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the work area.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical qualification.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in operating Milling and Lathe Machines.
Good knowledge of machining processes and tools.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
Basic knowledge of tolerances and quality standards.
Physically fit and able to work in shifts if required.
Responsible, disciplined, and team-oriented attitude.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

Experience in CNC machines will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of preventive machine maintenance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
