Job Title: Speech Therapist / Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Organization: Brain Light Child Development Center
Location: Greater Noida West
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹60,000 (Based on Experience & Skills)

About Us

Brain Light Child Development Center is a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy center providing Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Special Education, Behavioral Therapy, and Early Intervention services. We support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Developmental Delay, Speech & Language Disorders, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Hearing Impairment, Learning Disabilities, and other developmental conditions.

We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and skilled Speech Therapist / Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and help children improve their communication, speech, language, feeding, and social interaction skills.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct speech, language, communication, and feeding assessments.
Develop individualized therapy plans based on each child's needs.
Provide one-on-one speech and language therapy sessions.
Work with children experiencing speech delays, language disorders, articulation disorders, stammering/stuttering, voice disorders, oral motor difficulties, feeding challenges, and social communication difficulties.
Support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Developmental Delay, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Hearing Impairment, and other developmental conditions.
Maintain therapy notes, progress reports, and assessment documentation.
Counsel and train parents on home programs and communication strategies.
Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Special Educators, Psychologists, and other professionals for multidisciplinary intervention.
Participate in case discussions, parent meetings, and clinical reviews.
Maintain therapy materials, equipment, and a child-friendly therapy environment.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of speech, language, communication, and feeding disorders.
Excellent assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.
Strong communication and parent counselling abilities.
Ability to engage children through play-based and evidence-based interventions.
Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented approach.
Good computer skills for maintaining reports and records.

Qualifications

BASLP or MASLP from a recognized institution.
Registration with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) is preferred, where applicable.
Freshers with strong clinical knowledge are welcome to apply.
Experience in pediatric therapy centers, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, or special schools will be preferred.
