Function: National Service Head (All Construction Equipment)
Location: Vadodara
Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical / Engineering Graduate
Experience: 15-25 years comprising of field service of construction equipment and managing team of service engineers, out of which 5-7 years hands on experience in Repair & Maintenance of various stationary & Mobile Construction Equipment. Experience in Concrete Equipment like Batching Plants, Paving machines (Fixed Form & Slipform), Concrete Pumps and Self-Loading Mixers will be preferred.
Exposure of Earth moving, Asphalt & Crushing Equipment will be added advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Managing National Service Teams
Manpower Planning, Budgeting, Training of Service Teams.
Managing Spare Parts Business and AMCs.
Monitoring and tracking of customer outstanding against spares & service, and keep control on credits, implement credit policies.
Developing and Implementing Strategies for Total Customer Satisfaction.
Supporting New Product Development and Testing.
Review and update Warranty Policies.
Review & update Customer/Operators/Engineers Training modules and ensure training effectiveness.
