Are you an experienced HVAC-R technician who thrives on the fast-paced energy of commercial food service environments? Shaival's Kitchen Equipments Pvt Ltd is looking for a skilled Commercial Kitchen Refrigeration Technician to join our premier service team.

In this role, you will be the frontline hero for local restaurants, hotels, schools, and corporate facilities. When a walk-in cooler or a line-fridge goes down, it’s an emergency for our clients—your expertise will keep their kitchens running and their businesses profitable. Key Responsibilities

Diagnose & Repair: Troubleshoot and repair a wide range of commercial kitchen refrigeration equipment, including walk-in coolers/freezers, reach-in refrigerators, ice machines, blast chillers, and prep tables.
Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance (cleaning condenser coils, checking door seals, monitoring temperature calibrations, and verifying refrigerant charges) to prevent costly kitchen downtime.
System Diagnostics: Read electrical schematics, diagnose complex wiring issues, and service compressors, evaporators, fan motors, and digital controllers.
Customer Communication: Provide clear, professional updates to kitchen managers and chefs regarding equipment status, repair timelines, and cost estimates.
Accurate Documentation: Use our mobile dispatching app to track parts used, log refrigerant usage in compliance with EPA regulations, and document completed work orders.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience servicing commercial refrigeration equipment (experience with hot-side kitchen equipment is a major plus but not required).
Certification: Valid EPA Section 608 Universal Certification is required.
Specialized Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of commercial ice machines (e.g., Manitowoc, Hoshizaki, Scotsman) and walk-in systems.
License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (to operate the company service vehicle).
Availability: Ability to participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency evening/weekend kitchen repairs.
Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 50 lbs, work in hot/cramped kitchen environments, and climb ladders when necessary.
