Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily construction activities at site

Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations
Track project progress and prepare regular reports

Project Execution & Timelines – Ensure completion within milestones
Quality Control – Maintain standards and minimize defects
Cost & Material Management – Control wastage within budget
Site Coordination – Smooth coordination across stakeholders
Safety Compliance – Ensure zero major incidents
Reporting & Documentation – Timely and accurate reports
Problem Resolution – Quick resolution of site issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
1–5 years of relevant experience
Skills & Competencies
Understanding of drawings and BOQs
Strong coordination and communication skills
Problem-solving ability
Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel
Ability to meet deadlines
