Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive will drive the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting sales initiatives. This on-field role involves market research, lead generation, and providing product or service information to potential clients to drive business forward. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Identify and generate new business leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals).
Qualify prospects and assess their needs to recommend appropriate solutions.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with potential clients.
Follow up with leads and existing clients to nurture relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Sales Support:

Assist in preparing proposals and presentations to pitch to clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to align strategies and maximize conversions.

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors.
Provide feedback to improve products and services based on client needs.

Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads and clients in CRM software.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead generation, sales progress, and market insights.

Key Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Skills:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
